About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale injection processes for bio‑oil storage, ensuring reliability and efficiency at commercial volumes.
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering collaboration between process, mechanical, and safety specialists.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and risk‑mitigation strategies for underground injection operations.
- Analyze process data to identify performance gaps, implement continuous‑improvement initiatives, and drive cost reductions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to align engineering deliverables with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering with 7+ years of experience in process or injection engineering.
- Proven track record leading engineering teams in high‑stakes, safety‑critical environments.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or similar) to optimize process performance.
- Deep understanding of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management for underground injection or similar operations.
- Excellent communication and project‑management abilities, capable of translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
