Software Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Power BI and Fabric solutions, ensuring robust data governance, quality, and literacy across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end Power BI dashboards and Fabric data pipelines that meet business requirements.
- Implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, lineage, and compliance across all reporting assets.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to define data integration strategies and optimize data flows.
- Provide training and support to promote data literacy and empower users to make data‑driven decisions.
- Continuously monitor and improve reporting performance, scalability, and security.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric in a production environment.
- Strong background in data governance, data quality, and data integration best practices.
- Hands‑on knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering data literacy.
- Experience with Azure services and modern BI architecture is a plus.
