Software Engineer
Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure, handling hardware, software, and CCTV installations while managing tickets and vendor coordination to meet SLA targets.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues across LAN, Wi‑Fi, and internet services.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, DVR/NVR, and related surveillance infrastructure.
- Manage user support tickets, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLA windows.
- Perform preventive maintenance, health checks, and asset inventory updates for all IT equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to expedite issue resolution and procure required components.
Requirements
- Proven experience in desktop and peripheral hardware support, including Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP) and ability to troubleshoot connectivity problems.
- Hands‑on experience with CCTV, DVR/NVR installation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
