Infrastructure Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions, troubleshooting network and wireless issues, and coordinating test planning and execution to support business platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance infrastructure to support multiple platforms and business portfolios.
- Plan and execute comprehensive testing of infrastructure components and network services.
- Diagnose and resolve first‑level network and wireless issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Communicate status updates and technical recommendations to end users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in infrastructure engineering and network troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of wireless networking technologies and protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with test planning, execution, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical solutions clearly.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in resolving ticket requests.
