Devops Engineer
Infrastructure Engineer responsible for maintaining and supporting Open Systems infrastructure, including servers, storage, cloud, authentication, and backup. Develops automation scripts, troubleshoots incidents, and recommends upgrades to ensure high availability and customer satisfaction.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve system and user issues across servers, storage, and cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python and Bash to streamline infrastructure management.
- Implement and manage backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and rapid recovery.
- Analyze performance, recommend upgrades, and design changes to improve reliability and scalability.
- Provide expert technical assistance and maintain exemplary customer service for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Linux server administration and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation.
- Knowledge of backup technologies, storage solutions, and authentication systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
