About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 diagnostics and resolution for complex infrastructure issues across production and staging environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and accelerate deployment cycles.
- Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and implement tuning to meet SLA targets.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including patch management, access controls, and vulnerability remediation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in infrastructure engineering, preferably in regulated or high‑availability environments.
- Strong knowledge of IaC, automation frameworks, and configuration management.
- Hands‑on expertise with Linux/Unix systems, networking, and performance monitoring tools.
- Solid understanding of security principles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
