Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure for secure collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools, Terraform, and container orchestration (Kubernetes) to streamline release cycles.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define security, compliance, and monitoring requirements for external partner integrations.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct root cause analysis to improve reliability and uptime.
- Document architecture, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering within a large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and AWS services, including networking, storage, and compute.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands‑on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and configuration management.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to security and compliance.
