About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line technical support for on‑premises server infrastructure and LAN/WAN networks.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
- Implement and maintain virtualization solutions (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud integrations (AWS).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, deploy, and optimize infrastructure solutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps, create knowledge base articles, and share best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN).
- Hands‑on experience with virtualization platforms and cloud services (AWS).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Effective communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
