Devops Engineer
Infrastructure Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining ETL pipelines and supporting data platform infrastructure using SQL, Python, Linux, and AWS cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple source systems.
- Implement and manage data pipeline automation using Python scripts and scheduling tools.
- Administer and monitor Linux‑based servers and cloud resources (AWS) supporting the data platform.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and apply preventive measures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend.
- Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Hands‑on experience scripting in Python for automation and data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration and AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
