Systems Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and operation of hybrid cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across HPE servers, Kubernetes clusters, and multi‑cloud environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, provision, and maintain hybrid infrastructure spanning on‑prem HPE servers, Kubernetes clusters, and AWS/Azure/GCP environments.
- Implement IaC using Terraform and Ansible to automate deployment, scaling, and configuration management.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security; design and enforce observability, alerting, and incident response workflows.
- Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams to optimize resource utilization, cost, and compliance.
- Lead capacity planning, disaster recovery, and high‑availability strategies for mission‑critical workloads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale hybrid cloud and data center environments.
- Proficiency with AWS, Azure, and GCP services, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Hands‑on expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and Linux system administration.
- Strong networking knowledge (VLAN, BGP, VPN) and security best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
