About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Azure migration initiatives for large, complex workloads, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Conduct comprehensive on‑prem and cloud infrastructure assessments using Azure Migrate, translating findings into actionable migration plans.
- Design and implement secure, scalable Azure solutions covering networking, storage, SQL, Key Vault, and IAM, aligned with business and security requirements.
- Guide and mentor a team of 5+ infrastructure engineers, setting technical direction, enforcing best practices, and ensuring high availability.
- Provide 24/7 on‑call support, managing incident response and proactive monitoring across the migration lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 9 years focused on Azure infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Azure Migrate, Azure Networking, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, and Azure IAM.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale cloud migrations and managing cross‑functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and provide 24/7 support.
