About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated threat detection rules and playbooks using SIEM and Python scripts.
- Lead incident response activities, conduct root‑cause analysis, and coordinate cross‑functional remediation efforts.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security hardening of cloud and on‑prem infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines and application development.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training and documentation for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in information security, preferably in a high‑scale fintech or e‑commerce environment.
- Proficiency with AWS security services, SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), and scripting in Python.
- Strong knowledge of threat hunting, incident response frameworks, and vulnerability management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, or equivalent) are a plus.
