About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive systems analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions for mission‑critical IT infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network and server environments across Windows Server and Linux platforms.
- Lead cross‑functional projects, coordinating with engineering, operations, and security teams to deliver timely, compliant solutions.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard data integrity and availability.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end users and junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in systems analysis, network administration, or IT project management.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and network security tools.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Security clearance or ability to obtain one.
