Key Responsibilities
- Plan, install, and configure Windows Server and Linux environments for classified communications systems.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure high availability and security.
- Implement and manage network security controls, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Utilize virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper‑V, VMware) to optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align IT solutions with agency policies and classified requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration for classified or high‑security environments.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and network security protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with virtualization platforms and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
