About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and federal regulations.
- Lead strategic planning for network, services, and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with mission requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend cybersecurity controls to protect critical information systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate cloud and data governance solutions into enterprise architecture.
- Manage project lifecycles, including scope definition, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of IT processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT policy, network strategy, or cybersecurity roles.
- Strong knowledge of federal IT standards (e.g., NIST, DoD directives) and cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
