About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network, server, and storage infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Implement and enforce security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and apply patches to protect critical systems.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
- Deploy and manage virtualized workloads (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud resources (AWS, Azure) to support business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery tests.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configuration.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, virtualization platforms, and cloud services.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high service availability.
