Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and security incidents across enterprise infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce security controls, conduct vulnerability assessments, and respond to security alerts.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge base and compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support with a focus on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation.
- Solid understanding of security best practices, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to document technical processes clearly.
