Software Engineer
IT Specialist responsible for maintaining enterprise infrastructure, ensuring network reliability, managing Windows and Linux servers, implementing security protocols, and supporting cloud services to enable seamless business operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, performing patching, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Implement and monitor security measures such as antivirus, IDS/IPS, and access controls to protect data and systems.
- Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and manage virtual machine lifecycle.
- Assist with cloud migration and management, leveraging AWS or Azure services for scalability.
- Provide end‑user support, resolve technical issues, and document solutions in the knowledge base.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with virtualization and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
