Information Systems Security Engineer ISSE Onsite

As an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE), you will be responsible for protecting and securing information systems at RTX. This role requires a strong understanding of security principles, threat analysis, and risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain secure systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure systems and applications using Python, Node.js, and other technologies.
• Conduct threat analysis and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, including Machine Learning and Cloud Security.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in information systems security, with a focus on cloud security and cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of security principles, threat analysis, and risk management.
• Experience with AWS and other cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and other programming languages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
