Software Engineer
Lead and oversee enterprise information systems, ensuring compliance, policy enforcement, and incident resolution while managing cross‑functional teams and client engagements using modern IT governance practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements.
- Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services.
- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
- Manage incidents and coordinate resolution across technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in information systems management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, policy development, and incident management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive project delivery.
