About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide security architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability management, prioritizing remediation efforts across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Oversee incident response and threat intelligence programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to investigate, contain, and remediate security events.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices, including secure coding guidelines and secure configuration baselines.
- Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to maintain adherence to GDPR, CCPA, PCI‑DSS, and other relevant frameworks.
- Mentor and train security staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and security awareness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security operations center (SOC) management.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance regulations.
- Proven track record in incident response, threat hunting, and security architecture design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
