About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls for on‑prem and cloud environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Lead incident response activities, conduct root‑cause analysis, and coordinate remediation across cross‑functional teams.
- Develop and enforce security architecture frameworks, including network segmentation, access controls, and encryption strategies.
- Perform risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate threats.
- Configure and manage SIEM platforms, creating alerts, dashboards, and automated playbooks for real‑time threat detection.
- Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to embed security best practices into CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and on‑prem security technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and incident response tools.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
