About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the IAM program, ensuring secure identity lifecycle management across the organization.
- Design, implement, and maintain privileged access management controls and authentication services to protect critical assets.
- Develop and enforce role‑based access control policies, aligning with business requirements and compliance mandates.
- Lead identity governance initiatives, including access reviews, certification cycles, and policy enforcement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with cloud, on‑premises, and SaaS environments.
- Monitor IAM metrics, audit findings, and incident response activities, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, identity lifecycle, and privileged access management.
- Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and identity governance frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint) and security tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or IAM‑specific) preferred.
