About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments and triage incidents promptly.
- Investigate and respond to malware infections, phishing campaigns, and unauthorized access attempts.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and remediate weaknesses.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network solutions and security controls.
- Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to security policies and standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in security monitoring, incident response, or related fields.
- Proficiency with penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite) and vulnerability scanners.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure architecture design.
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) platforms.
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, or CISSP (or equivalent).
