Enterprise Content Management Business Analyst driving digital transformation for a large regional government. Owns content strategy, process design, and system integration using SharePoint, Power Platform, and data governance frameworks to improve citizen services and internal workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise content management solutions across the organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, develop functional specifications, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and extend SharePoint and Power Platform components to support content lifecycle, metadata, and workflow automation.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards through effective policy definition and enforcement.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users and technical teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within an enterprise content management context.
- Proficient with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
