About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data models and ETL processes to integrate diverse data sources into a unified information system.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards across all programmatic datasets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, create detailed specifications, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
- Implement and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Provide technical guidance and support to program staff on data usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, and ETL development within a complex, multi‑source environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality frameworks, and metadata management.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
