Software Engineer
Design and implement advanced ICT infrastructure for healthcare and science facilities, leveraging BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit to create resilient, secure, and sustainable communication systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed ICT system designs, including data, voice, video, and control networks, using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate ICT solutions into overall building designs while meeting performance and sustainability goals.
- Perform network architecture planning, equipment selection, and layout optimization for high‑availability and secure communications.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement cybersecurity measures to protect critical infrastructure.
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and coordination drawings, and support construction administration and commissioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of ICT systems design experience.
- Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks) and CAD software (AutoCAD) for detailed system modeling.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, structured cabling, wireless technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience designing ICT solutions for healthcare or scientific facilities, understanding of relevant codes and standards.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
