Infor Functional Analyst Configuration, Data Analysis & Testing - Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Infor HCM and Payroll modules, including business rules, workflows, and system settings to meet evolving business requirements.
• Perform detailed data analysis on payroll inputs and outputs, validating numerical accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Design, execute, and document test cases for system enhancements, integrations, and data migrations, ensuring high‑quality releases.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and provide ongoing support.
• Identify and resolve configuration issues, troubleshoot payroll discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Current Infor certification for HCM, Payroll, or a related module.
• Hands‑on experience configuring Infor Payroll or Infor HCM environments.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes and related compliance rules.
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail when validating payroll data.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
