About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate electrical and control schematics for overhead lifting and material handling machinery.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMI interfaces, and safety interlocks to ensure reliable operation.
- Collaborate with mechanical and automation teams to integrate electrical systems into complete equipment assemblies.
- Conduct functional testing, commissioning, and performance verification of installed systems.
- Document design specifications, test procedures, and maintenance guidelines for long‑term support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical design and PLC programming.
- Proficiency with Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, or similar PLC platforms.
- Strong knowledge of motor control, drives, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, IEC).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
