About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of security architectures for industrial control systems, ensuring resilience against cyber threats.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and threat modeling for SCADA and OT environments, translating findings into actionable mitigation plans.
- Develop and enforce incident response procedures, coordinating cross‑functional teams during security events.
- Advise clients on compliance with industry standards (NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver training and workshops to client stakeholders on secure operations and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in industrial cybersecurity, with deep knowledge of SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems.
- Proven track record in risk assessment, threat modeling, and incident response within critical infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001) and regulatory landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to travel to multiple client sites and manage geographically dispersed engagements.
