About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design a structured half‑day or full‑day strategy session tailored to the executive committee’s AI transformation goals.
- Facilitate interactive discussions, scenario planning, and prioritisation exercises to surface actionable insights.
- Synthesize workshop outcomes into a clear AI roadmap, including short‑term wins and long‑term initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on aligning AI opportunities with the company’s media‑technology products, data assets, and market positioning.
- Deliver a concise post‑workshop report and presentation for senior leadership approval.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI or digital transformation workshops for C‑suite audiences, preferably in media or technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, data pipelines, and their commercial applications in content creation, distribution, or advertising.
- Exceptional facilitation and executive coaching skills, with a track record of driving consensus among senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities to translate complex technical concepts into business‑focused recommendations.
- Independent consultant mindset: self‑starter, able to work autonomously on a short‑duration, high‑visibility engagement.
