In-Home Sales Representative

About the Role

While garage door experience is not required – we provide comprehensive paid technical training – we are looking for individuals with the drive to connect with customers, communicate value, and empower homeowners to make confident decisions. This role is ideal for those with experience in consultative sales environments such as automotive sales, home improvement sales, roofing, HVAC, pest control, wireless sales, or retail management.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners who have requested service or need assistance with a garage door problem.
• Inspect garage doors to diagnose issues.
• Educate customers on various repair and replacement options.
• Provide recommendations based on safety, functionality, and budget considerations.
• Present pricing and close sales effectively on the spot.
• Perform many of the recommended repairs yourself after completing our technical training.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to completion.
• Build lasting trust and create customers for life.

This is not a cold-calling position; you will work with customers who already have a need and are actively seeking solutions.
