IMS OU Sr Principal Property and Asset Management Analyst

As a Senior Principal Property and Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing property and asset data to support business decisions. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining databases, creating reports and dashboards, and providing data analysis and insights to support business growth and optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience with data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Additionally, experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be able to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support property and asset management
• Create reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
• Provide data analysis and recommendations to support business growth and optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in property and asset management or a related field
• Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
