Compensation & Role Details:
Expected Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is between $65,000 to $75,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications

POSITION
The Implementation Specialist leads new clients through the process of launching MetricsFirst, which is a leading analytics platform built specifically for private clubs. From kickoff to go-live, you will guide customers through onboarding, ensure their data is accurate and meaningful, and help leadership teams unlock insights that improve their business. This is a highly client-facing role that blends project management, data understanding, and relationship building. A background in accounting or finance is especially valuable, since many conversations center around financial reporting and performance metrics. However, deep technical expertise is not required. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and helping clients understand the story behind their data, this role will be a strong fit.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage new customer implementations from kickoff through launch.
Serve as the primary point of contact for club leadership during onboarding.
Establish clear timelines and guide clients step by step through the process.
Work closely with club executives, accounting teams, and IT contacts to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.
Integrate client data from Jonas Club Software systems into MetricsFirst dashboards.
Configure and organize financial and operational data so it displays clearly and accurately.
Review financial reports and reconcile numbers to ensure dashboards align with official statements.
Partner with client IT teams and vendors to support system connections, with internal support as needed.
