Software Engineer
Lead and manage software implementation projects, collaborating with customers, product managers, and engineers to define scope, gather requirements, and ensure on‑time delivery of high‑quality solutions using Agile and Scrum practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end software implementation projects, defining scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks to plan sprints, track progress, and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and QA—to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor project performance, produce status reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, scope definition, and stakeholder communication.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and best‑practice project management tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
