Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align product features with customer needs.
- Act as the primary technical liaison, providing support and troubleshooting for AWS‑based deployments.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and risk mitigation plans.
- Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing SaaS implementation projects in a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services and cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for marketing and sales teams.
- Experience in customer support and training preferred.
