Software Engineer
Leads implementation teams and PMO processes to deliver new customer and business rollouts on time and with high quality, overseeing project managers, tools, templates, reporting, and governance frameworks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Implementation Project Managers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career growth support.
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve the implementation PMO framework, including standards, templates, workflows, and governance controls.
- Own the implementation toolset (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project), ensuring accurate project tracking, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor implementation performance metrics, generate executive dashboards, and drive corrective actions to meet on‑time and quality targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing implementation or delivery projects, with at least 2 years in a PMO leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Agile and waterfall methodologies, and strong command of tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated ability to create and enforce governance processes, templates, and reporting standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
