About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate client requirements into technical specifications and configuration.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular status updates, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Conduct system integrations, including API connections and data migrations, to ensure seamless SaaS functionality.
- Deliver training and onboarding sessions for client users, driving adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing implementation or rollout projects for SaaS or technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of API integration, data migration, and platform configuration.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
