About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the platform across secondary care sites, ensuring alignment with NHS standards and local workflows.
- Coordinate with clinical, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and success metrics.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement to deliver incremental value.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing to guarantee data integrity and security.
- Provide training, support, and change management to end users, fostering adoption and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, preferably within the NHS.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑site deployments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and digital health solutions.
- Knowledge of NHS data standards, interoperability, and regulatory requirements.
