Implementation Engineer
Senior Implementation Engineer responsible for coordinating customer deployments, executing Initial Test & Acceptance, managing Service Orders, and ensuring compliance with DISA standards using robust change management and reporting practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers, solution architects, and vendor SMEs to plan and execute new service activations.
- Lead Initial Test and Acceptance (IT&A) activities, ensuring all deliverables meet DISA standards.
- Manage Service Orders throughout the change management lifecycle, documenting changes and approvals.
- Execute comprehensive reporting functions, providing accurate status updates and metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve implementation issues, escalating when necessary.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with DISA or similar defense information system standards.
- Proven track record in change management and Service Order administration.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
