About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python services that process live patient‑clinician conversations into structured clinical notes.
- Integrate generative AI models with EMR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine‑tune NLP pipelines and evaluate model performance in real‑time environments.
- Deploy and monitor applications on AWS, optimizing for low latency and high availability.
- Document architecture, APIs, and deployment procedures for cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of production‑level experience building Python applications in a cloud environment.
- Strong background in NLP and machine learning, with hands‑on experience in generative models.
- Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating with healthcare EMR systems and understanding of HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
