About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional requirement gathering and analysis for Dynamics 365 projects across Business Central, Finance & Operations, and CRM modules.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and configuration settings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy solutions that meet client objectives.
- Provide end‑user training, support, and post‑go‑live optimization to maximize system adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering best‑practice guidance and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of Business Central, Finance & Operations, and CRM modules.
- Proven ability to conduct business process analysis and deliver functional design documents.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred.
