ICBM-S - Staff Systems Engineer - Sustaining Engineering - 17749

As a Staff Systems Engineer in our Sustaining Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers in the development and deployment of complex software systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide technical leadership and expertise in software development and deployment. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing new technologies and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our software development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the development and deployment of complex software systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in software development and deployment.
• Develop and implement new technologies and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our software development and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development and deployment.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and AWS cloud infrastructure.
