About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop integration solutions for IBM Maximo, ensuring seamless data flow between Maximo and external applications.
- Lead a cross‑functional team in Agile ceremonies, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, data transformation logic, and ETL pipelines using Java and SQL.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of integration components.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Java development and integration architecture.
- Deep knowledge of IBM Maximo and its integration capabilities.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, and ETL tools.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing technical teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work client‑facing in US EST time zone.
