About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IAM Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, transformation, and operations of enterprise Identity & Access Management services for global customers. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, customer engagement, and service delivery experience to build secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery and operations of IAM services across multiple enterprise customers.
- Manage geographically distributed IAM engineering, operations, and support teams.
- Ensure service excellence by meeting SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets.
- Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Major Incident Management for IAM platforms.
- Drive automation, service improvements, and operational efficiency.
- Present service reviews, dashboards, and governance reports to customers and senior stakeholders.
- Define and execute IAM strategies aligned with business, security, and compliance objectives.
- Lead implementation and management of Identity Governance (IGA) solutions, including:
- Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) lifecycle
- RBAC & ABAC
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Access Reviews & Certifications
- Role Management and Identity Analytics
- Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including:
- Password Vaulting
- Privileged Session Management
- Just-in-Time (JIT) Access
- Secrets Management
- Least Privilege implementation
- Lead cloud identity initiatives across Microsoft Entra ID, AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards including ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA, and Zero Trust principles.
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, HR, Compliance, and Audit teams to strengthen identity security.
- Act as the primary customer contact for IAM service delivery, governance, and escalations.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution workshops, customer transitions, and service improvements.
- Promote innovation, automation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the IAM practice.
