Data Analyst
Analytical professional to collect, model, and visualize HR data, delivering insights that drive strategic workforce decisions using SQL, Python, and Tableau within an HRIS environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, payroll, and ATS systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize workforce metrics such as turnover, headcount, and employee engagement.
- Perform statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify trends and support talent planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to define key performance indicators and translate business questions into data solutions.
- Automate recurring data pipelines and reporting processes using SQL and Python scripts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing HR data, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong Python skills for analysis and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
