About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and integrate HR data from multiple sources to support talent management initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visual presentations (PowerPoint) that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis using SQL and Python to answer strategic workforce questions.
- Collaborate with Deloitte consultants and client stakeholders to recommend analytical tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Document data definitions, processes, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and reproducibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience creating data visualizations and executive‑level presentations, preferably with PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, talent acquisition, and workforce planning concepts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
