About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle HubSpot implementations from discovery to go‑live, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
- Configure CRM objects, workflows, and integrations, tailoring solutions to sales, marketing, and service teams.
- Conduct data migration, cleansing, and mapping to guarantee accurate, high‑quality data in HubSpot.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and ROI.
- Provide training and documentation to client stakeholders, fostering adoption and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on HubSpot implementation experience, including CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in data migration, workflow automation, and reporting within HubSpot.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering training and support to non‑technical users.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Sales Software) are a plus.
