Experienced HubSpot CRM Developer to lead end‑to‑end implementations, customize Sales, Marketing, Service, and CMS Hubs, and build integrations and automations using JavaScript, APIs, and data migration techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle HubSpot CRM implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and go‑live.
- Configure and customize Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub to meet client-specific processes.
- Design and develop integrations with third‑party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms) using HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Create and optimize automation workflows, custom objects, and serverless functions using JavaScript and HubSpot’s server‑side scripting.
- Perform data migration, cleansing, and mapping to ensure accurate import/export between legacy systems and HubSpot.
- Provide technical guidance and training to client teams and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing and implementing solutions on the HubSpot platform.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and RESTful API integration.
- Demonstrated ability to design complex automation workflows and custom objects within HubSpot.
- Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
