About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HR modules and Adaptive Planning solutions to support workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, design data models, and implement integrations between Workday and Adaptive Planning.
- Generate and analyze reports, dashboards, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure data integrity, perform regular audits, and troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems.
- Document processes, develop training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience administering Workday HRIS and Adaptive Planning platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling, reporting, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
